A hole is drilled into the side of the empty cartridge and is then filled with
toner and sealed. Central Business Equipment does not sell “Drill and Fill” cartridges as we cannot guarantee the performance
or quality of these products. The toner from “Drill and Fill” cartridges is likely to leak and can cause significant damage to the
printer.
